Woot – our first true summer activity is coming up this weekend!
On Saturday, the four of us are heading up to Water Country in Portsmouth, New Hampshire — New England’s largest water park — for a day of water fun. Lucky for us, it’s only a 1.5 hour drive from the Boston ‘burbs, so totally doable as a day trip.
For Buddy, this will be his first true water park experience, and for Mimi … well … I see many hours in the Adventure River and Pirate’s Pool & Lagoon with my my overly cautious preschooler.
But that’s what’s great about Water Country. Between the rides and slides, waves/rivers/pools, and kiddie attractions, there’s something for kids of all ages.
Water Country also rents lockers and cabanas, so you have a place to store your belongings or enjoy a little down time (and you can even get lunch delivered to your cabana, which I’m totally planning to do on our visit).
I’ll share our adventures next week, but in meantime, I wanted to pass along a coupon code to save $3.00 off each ticket! Simply click HERE to purchase tickets and enterĀ discount code Blog 30.
And thanks to the great folks at Water Country, I’m so excited to give two tickets away to one lucky Keeping Mommy Sane reader! Please enter using the entry form below, and be sure to follow Water Country on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Good luck! (P.S This one ends next Monday, July 14, at 12:01 am ET)
I received 4 tickets to Water Country and a cabana rental in exchange for sharing this information.

We go to our State Forest Splash Pad every wek, does that count? Otherwise, last year we went to the water park at Sesame Place!
