Has it really been three years (as of tomorrow) since I fretted and sweated about hitting the “publish” button on my first (and very cringeworthy) blog post?
It seems like yesterday.
And now here I am, about to publish blog post no. 462. Now that puts it into perspective.
Like a regular birthday, I enjoy using my blogiversary to take stock of the past year, reaffirm why I started blogging in the first place, reflect on what this space means to me as a writer, and daydream about where I’d like to take this blog in the future.
But I’ll spare you those ramblings.
Because, more importantly, this is an opportunity to thank YOU for reading, sharing, commenting, and supporting me over the last three years.
During this time, I’ve had the honor and the privilege to connect with so many of you, along with this wonderful community of fellow parents, runners, bloggers, and New Englanders that I’m lucky to be a part of, and it’s been more motivational and empowering than you could ever know.
So in honor of my third “birthday” — and because I know we’re all super busy with not nearly enough time in the day to peruse our favorite blogs and websites, myself included — I’m sharing my five favorite posts from the past year. Happy reading!
